Perfect spot for ice fishing , snowmobiling and all your other winter activities. Plenty of parking for all your toys. Well and septic with r/o drinking water/ice from the fridge. 2 mins to foodland, LCBO, gas station, Tim hortons, ice cream shop, subway, pharmacy and variety store. 20 mins to casino Rama and Orillia. Hi speed Rogers ignite to allow you to easily work from home. 2 queen sized beds and 2 singles. There is a queen size pull out sofa in the living room which allows comfortable sleeping for 8. Bedding, Linens and towels included. BBQ and propane. Boat launch close by. Public beach is 1 min walk. Lagoon city 5 mins away where you will find a marina, a large public beach and a few restaurants. Boat and jetski rentals available in the area. Lots of great fishing. Crystal clear shallow water with sandy bed, no rocks or weeds.
