Summary: We stayed at this exact listing last fall and loved it as well as a year ago next door in this same building. For some reason, our experience was much different this time around. When we checked in, the owner had set the AC to not go down below 70 degrees and we always have ours set to 68 so our kids can fall asleep. We had to open the doors for the first day and a half because the owner didn't change the AC on his app. There was trash on one of the bunk beds, no comforters on any of the beds and when they dropped them off they were very thin and not comfortable. The toilets were dirty when we checked in. The water temperature was very inconsistent. Some days it would get hot but most of the time it would not be hot enough to warm a bathtub. The property manager partially refunded us for the inconvenience of our stay but it's unfortunate because we love this property and wish we had a better experience because we'd love to stay here more in the future.
