A hilltop 1950s Frank Lloyd Wright-style retreat/home on the site of the historic Menlo Mineral Springs Hotel. Perfect for multi-generational family gatherings, reunions, staff retreats, creative arts/hobby or worship retreats, or couples getaways. Main house has 3 private bedrooms and 1 queen bed in lower level lounge area-to sleep up to 8. Guest house has 1 bedroom on lower level w bathroom. This huge bedroom has 2 queen beds and the upper level great room has a comfy sleeper sofa- sleeps a total of 6 guests
Seasonal views in every direction, immaculate Spring/Summer lush landscapes and Fall colors. A private home on 24 acres with room to hike and explore. 1 hr from Chattanooga, 1.5 hrs from Atlanta & Huntsville, 10 minutes to Summerville & Mentone.
Our home is on 24 acres, many of which are wooded with private trails throughout. There is a pond down the hill from the home. We are a family friendly home and enjoy hosting guests of all ages.

Summary: The house was very nice and secluded but close to stores in the town of Menlo. It was spacious, comfortable, and very convenient to family that we were visiting. It had a nice yard and good walking trails. The hosts were very responsive to questions that we had.
