The gated community known as Real de Amapas is serviced by a European style tram, 24 hour guard service, and secured covered parking at street level. Villa Casa Higuera, showcases a beautiful garden, large terraces and an infinity pool in a lush tropical setting. In the quietness of the evening, the distant sound of the surf, the breeze off the ocean, the smell of the jungle and the moon rising offer a unique romantic experience. The home is architecturally designed taking advantage of the ocean and jungle views. There are 3 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a powder room on the main level. An office that turns into a bedroom with a queen bed size where can sleeps two more guest upon request.
