Beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath Condo on the shores of Lake Dillon in the highly sought after Anchorage West property. Enjoy our serene balcony with spectacular views and nothing between you and the water. Inside you'll feel right at home with everything you need to relax and settle in; Wifi, Cable, TV's in each room and plenty of games for family memories. We have loved the layout for our family - and the pool and hot tub with mountain and lake views make it feel like vacation. During the summer months - enjoy that our condo is within walking distance of the Tiki Bar at the marina , Dillon Amphitheater (free concerts fri/sat nights) Dillon Farmers' Market (fri 9-2) the marina playground and all of downtown Dillon. Plus, hop right on the walking/bike path that extends around the entire lake! Take the water taxi from Dillon Marina to the Frisco Marina, or rent a boat, canoe our SUP. Take a drive to Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail or Beaver Creek. Shop the Silverthorne Outlets. There is so much to do - but sitting on the oversized balcony is also a tempting option. Come winter - we'll have an entire new list of activities in the area with world class skiing options, sledding and other outdoor adventures. We also love that EVERYTHING you need is close to our Condo; groceries, restaurants, Walgreens, Starbucks, etc. This is our family condo and not an income property -we have invested much into it so we ask that only mature and respectful renters who will take care of it request to stay.
