Great location on beautiful Lake Winnisquam, minutes to the sandbar. You will not be disappointed in this fully renovated year round waterfront home with fantastic dock & ice cold AC. First level features full bathroom and all 3 bedrooms, two with queen size beds, smart TVs and sliding glass doors with prime unobstructed views of the lake, third bedroom has twin bunk beds. Second level is open concept living, perfect entertaining space for family and friends. Living room with comfy leather recliner, smart TV & queen size sleep sofa, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar plus bathroom with full size washer/dryer. Sliding glass doors lead out to a large deck with outdoor dining set, gas grill and prime views of the lake. Fire pit, large lake front grassy area and raised beach sand area with lounge chairs all ready for your enjoyment. 40' L shaped dock is shared with rental home set behind this home. Plenty of room for both homes to bring a boat or jet skis and still swim. Summer rental includes use of 20' Water Trampoline, 8 Kayaks, 4 Stand Up Paddle Boards and pedal boat at no extra charge. Property is in a no wake zone with easy boating or paddling to the ever popular Winnisquam sandbar where the ice cream boat is sure to stop all summer long. Outdoor games available include badminton, corn hole, jumbo Jenga, giant connect four, ladder ball, washer toss, lawn darts & disc golf. Camp chairs onsite for sitting around your fire pit but you may want to bring a few if your inviting guests In addition to our rental homes we have pontoon boats for rent (additional charge), must be 21+ with valid boating license. Mention in your inquiry if you would like more info on renting with home Parking onsite for 4 cars, boat trailer would be parked close by on designated grassy area near road not in driveway. If bringing a boat please note there is no boat launch onsite, you will need to go to the public launch on Water Street in Laconia. We love animals but sorry, pets are not allowed at this home no exceptions Property includes freshly laundered bedding for all beds and sleeper sofa, 8 beach and bath towels. ALL linens including throw blankets and quilts are washed after every guest We take great pride in all of our rental homes and will need to pre-approve you before accepting your booking. To speed up the approval process when requesting to book please include a note about what brings you to the area, who will be in your group and if you plan bring or rent a boat. For security purposes exterior of property has surveillance cameras, there are no cameras inside the home. Note: We do NOT offer summer weekly rentals on craigslist, if you see our properties for rent there it is a scam and the images were stolen. You will not find a "deal" on this house on Craigslist EVER! We welcome inquiries for off season long term renters (Sep-May) Pirates Cove Mini Golf is within walking distance of the house. They have 2-courses to choose from as well as bumper boats and basketball hoops. Bring or rent a boat to enjoy the lake all week. Nearby is Gunstock Mountain Resort that has many outdoor activities. Bring your bikes, the WOW bike trail is a few miles away for you to enjoy the 9 mile roundtrip paved bike trail along Lake Winnisquam and Winnipesaukee. Short drive to the Tilton outlet mall for great shopping. Weirs Beach with arcades and go-carts are a 15-minute drive to Lake Winnipesaukee. Be sure to check out the concert line up at Bank of NH Pavilion in Gilford to catch a show during your stay. Its a short 20 minute drive away & offer a great variety of concerts every summer. 10 minutes to Tilton School, 20 minutes to New Hampton School, 30 mins to Plymouth State, Holderness & Proctor Academy for family visits.
