Welcome to our lakefront cottage, a private and peaceful getaway just a few minutes away from Barrie.
The property is a 4-bedroom home only 1 hour away from Toronto. With over 2000 sq. ft. of space, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing family vacation.
PLEASE NOTE: We are currently upgrading the living areas to have additional seating and a ping-pong table. Photos for some of the rooms may be subject to change.
This family cottage sits on 80' of of prime waterfront - located only 1 hour away from Toronto and 10 minutes away from downtown Barrie.

Our street in particular is a quiet row of lakefront cottages and homes offer a peaceful retreat away from the hustle-and-bustle of city life.
We have ample parking for multiple cars and trailers.
Please note while our street feels like cottage country, it is still a residential neighbourhood and noise must be kept to a minimum after 10PM.
Please note a $1000 security deposit will be pre-authorized on your payment method during your stay.
There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere on our premises. It is strictly forbidden on our property anywhere and failure to comply may result in a penalty up to $1000. We really appreciate your cooperation on this.
No more than the stated number of guests in the reservation may stay overnight, unless agreed otherwise. Failure to report the accurate number of overnight guests may result in an immediate cancellation of your stay.
Please note that we do NOT allow parties, or illegal drugs of any kind anywhere on our property. Pets may be allowed but must be approved in advance.
Late checkout beyond the scheduled check-out time will incur fees of $50 per hour - unless a different time has been agreed otherwise.
