Private pool with Spa, Pool/Spa heating available with $30 per day additional fees paid in advance. Spacious Under roof lanai backs to The Anchor lake, Deck on the water for fishing and to enjoy a sunrise, Lanai has outdoor dining table/chairs, Sofas, Pool/Ping pong, BBQ grill, House is furnished with modern furniture.
4th bedroom cabana has kitchenette and private bath great for Nanny or in-laws. Smart TVs in all 4 bedrooms and in living room of which 3 rooms have cable TV and two small bedrooms run on Antenna and WiFi. private parking with two car garage and long driveway. About 18 mins from closet beach and 30+ Mins from other beautiful beaches, Pine Island, Fort Myers beaches, short drive to Captiva, Sanibal, Naples and Bonita Springs beaches and much more. Summary: The location is beautiful but quite a drive from the beaches, if that is what you are there for. We very much enjoyed the screened in patio as well as the pool and the patio by the lake. It was also a great location for our small dogs. Kitchen was fairly well equipped and allowed us to make a variety of different dinners in addition to grilling. We had 4 teens with us as well as two 11 year olds. They all found plenty to keep them entertained for the week and the space worked out great. The property manager is very responsive and worked with us whenever we had a question. The only downside was the lack of pool and beach supplies/toys. We needed to bring our own, which was a hassle but we drove so we could put in the car top carrier. If someone was flying and wanted to go to the beach, they would need to rent chairs and umbrella at beach and would have a shortage of beach towel and no cooler. It would be great if the host could minimally invest in at least a cooler and a few more beach towels so they have at least 8 since the property advertises a capacity of 8, even if just for around the pool. Then the bath towels don’t need to be used. Overall a great trip enjoyed by all. We would stay again at the property.
