The space
Located in a gated community, this stunning custom home combines style and sophistication with entertainment, fun and relaxation. The lake views are gorgeous and an added feature is taking the kayaks out and experiencing the lake firsthand.
The home’s open design is not only inviting but functional as well. The spacious gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. With expansive quartz countertops (13’ island), top of the line stainless steel appliances, GE Monogram refrigerator and separate sub-zero freezer, gas cooktop, double convention ovens, this kitchen is a dream!
The private backyard is very inviting with an oversized jetted spa, sitting area and lounge chairs. The covered patio has absolutely stunning views the length of the lake, a huge patio area that opens from the kitchen, living room and fourth bedroom.

There is a Graco pack ‘n play and also a running stroller available in the walk-in closet in the master bedroom.
HOUSE RULES:
• No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home and stay more than 15 feet from doors and windows. Violators will be charged up to $1,000 and asked to leave without a refund.
• No events or parties allowed. The only guests allowed are those included on the guest count for your reservation. Max occupancy is 12 guests.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. As this home is located in a quite neighborhood, please do not play music loudly at any hour. Disturbing the peace is not tolerated. Violators will be asked to leave without refund.
• Two kayaks are on site and available to use. They are located behind the house along the backside of the garage. There are multiple sizes of life jackets to choose from. Use at your own risk.
• Pets are not allowed.
IMPORTANT:
As this is a second home for us, there are times we will be staying on the property. There is a separate entrance where we stay and at no time will we enter the house or be in any of the outside common areas. That is reserved for guests staying at the home. The garage is not available to use but there is plenty of parking available on the property.
