It is tastefully decorated and comes with all you need for your lake side getaway. Enjoy the sunset from one of three decks, or cook a family meal on the grill or in a fully equipped kitchen. Ample outdoor and indoor seating for larger groups. Chilly at night, head down to the backyard and enjoy the firepit. This home is only a short drive to Sunset Marina which was recently featured in the Luke Bryan song Sunrise, Sunset. Bring or rent a boat, fish or picnic along the shore of Tennessee’s bluest and cleanest lake. Also a short drive to numerous state parks and other local attractions. Rainy day? Exhausted from a long day on the lake? No problem! Enjoy a movie on a 75 inch 4K tv or numerous other tv’s! Full cable package with movie channels, DVD players with more than enough of Blu-Ray titles to choose from, as well as WiFi included. Feel free to contact me with any questions before booking. Parking is limited out front and understand the driveway is steeper than what you see in the pictures. I’m lucky to even have a driveway. Please understand that you are renting a house and at any time an arcade may not function, cable may not work. Internet, Hot tub may not properly function, grill, or any other amenity provided. I as the owner I will send anyone I can reach to correct these issues asap. I will do all I can to accommodate these issues if they arise during your visit but understand issues happen unexpectedly.
