The lower level has a living room with a pull out King bed and a dual fireplace, and a private room with a Queen over Twin trundle bed. The main level has a King bedroom with fireplace. There is a hidden sauna room, a meditation loft, and a fun library corner that looks out to the creek. Very central location!

Summary: While the view and design of the place are as advertised, the owners mislead you pretty badly on the actual specs and the house is pretty dilapidated. It is also for sale which may have led to the neglect. Key points: 1. If you need all the beds, be scared - two of the “bedrooms” have no openable windows and are really hot with rotted carpet in the kids room that breaks apart when touched or fanned. 2. Don’t expect the hottub to work - it was drained and not in service. 3. The kayaks are not actually available. 4. Toilets and showers didn’t work reliably so we ended up having to primarily use one shower and two of the toilets. I don’t usually complain in a review, but the main take away is if you only need to sleep 6 (3 beds) this place is reasonable - if you are getting it for the 5 “bedrooms” - you will feel tricked.
