**We pay for all utilities and internet. We have a 30 day stay minimum, but you may rent for as long as you need.
Pets will be allowed on a **case by case basis**. There is a $500 pet deposit with the $250 refundable for each stay.

Welcome to your home away from home! Our updated 4 bedroom home will easily sleep 8. Located in an amazing family friendly neighborhood and loaded with modern amenities, this is a delightful and welcoming space complete with a backyard oasis minutes to restaurants, shopping and bars.Access to surrounding areas such as Overland Park, Olathe, Mission, Shawnee, Mission, and downtown Kansas City will only take minutes once on the highway.
*there is a queen air mattress should you need it for your extra guest.

A very walkable neighborhood. Enjoy the vibrant nightlife with a variety of bars and restaurants to choose from. If you choose to venture out further, we are only 10-15 minutes away from some major attractions in KC such as Union Station, Power & Light District, Country Club Plaza, and Crown Center—so a car or Uber/Lyft is your best bet!
Getting Around:
The neighborhood is walkable. Most other areas require a short drive. Uber/Lyft is also very accessible.Easy to get to major roads and highways for day trips, etc. Our home is only minutes away from local attractions.
