This gated home has a tree lined driveway and is bordered by the Elkhorn Creek. It is surrounded by several horse farms. It is located close to Lexington in the heart of bourbon and horse country and is within 30 minutes of several area attractions (e.g Keeneland, Red Mile Racetrack and Casino, Woodford Reserve Distillery, Buffalo Trace Distillery, the Kentucky Horse Park, Calumet Farm, and Old Friends Thoroughbred Retirement facility). The Kentucky historic towns of Midway, Frankfort, and Georgetown are only 15 minutes from the home. There are 2 beautiful public golf courses within 5 minutes from the home. The Elkhorn creek (for kayaking and fishing) runs along the back of the property with public access points nearby. The Toyota Manufacturing Plant is a 15 minute drive from the home and offers free tours via their Experience Center.
The house is furnished with premium bedding throughout. The King bed has an adjustable base.
