Located about 20 minutes from Pinehurst and Southern Pines, this beautiful home is nestled on a double lot in gated Seven Lakes West. With 3 large bedrooms and a playroom with 2 double beds, there is room for everyone. The open-concept living room is full of natural light and has a flat-screen tv for streaming your favorite shows. The home is fully equipped with kitchen essentials (coffee maker, serving dishes, dinnerware, barware, etc), and a large kitchen island that will easily accommodate 4. There is a large dining area just off of the kitchen. Tenants have access to the home gym as well.
