Just a few meters from the house there is a restaurant, water park, gas station, cafes and beautiful beaches. In its garden guests can enjoy an outdoor pool, garden furniture, 2 parking spaces and a barbecue.
Villa Molindrio with a total area of 160 sqm is spread over two fully air-conditioned floors. On the first floor there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a separate toilet. On the second floor of the house, we find three double bedrooms, one of them with sea view and a terrace. Each room has its own bathroom.
