This home sleeps 2 on the main level King master with ensuite bathroom, and sleeps 6 upstairs with a second King Master with privte ensuite bathroom and huge walk-in closet, another king room with jack-n-jill bathroom and a final room with two twin xls's large enough for adults. This allows large groups to be together or have some separation, it's up to you to choose. This is a perfect setup for 2 families traveling together or a large group. 2000 sq. ft of living space in this fabulous home! This accommodates 8 guests all in beds! 100% hypoallergenic. 4 min drive 2 downtown, 10min 2 Olympic Trng Cntr, 17min 2 Garden of Gods, 25min 2 AirForce Academy, 34 min 2 base of Pikes Peak, AC & Heat, 2 masters w/ensuites, fast WiFi, no pets ever (fine is $5000), new flooring, kitchen, stairs are steep, bathrooms, private parking, private patio with furniture and grill looking towards pikes peak. Great for large families or small business groups! You have 2 parking spots in the gravel on the back side of the home: see pictures. More vehicles may park on the street.

Summary: Was in town for a few days with a couple buddies from work. Had meetings on Peterson SFB and needed a nice, comfortable place to hang out in the evenings where we could conversate and get some work done before the next day. Nice open living room area. Huge island in the kitchen. The space between the island and the fridge was a little narrow but not a huge deal. Remotes needed new batteries and the host dropped them at the house the next morning. Huge bedrooms with nice bathrooms for each of the three main bedrooms. No complaints or issues really. Upstairs bedrooms could use some ceiling fans to circulate the air better but not a huge deal. I would definitely stay here again!
