Our Destin Retreat ~ let us welcome you to our comfortable canal waterfront townhome in Holiday Isle. A “boaters paradise” with an 18-foot Boat Dock. Take in the water views & bask in the sunshine on our spacious sundeck overlooking the Harbor, Canal, colorful seasonal fireworks and the Stunning Board Walk lights. Inhale the sea breeze & serenity while the boats slowly pass by as they travel in & out of the harbor.
A perfect place to bring your boat or watercraft of choice for some well-deserved rest & relaxation. Stroll to the nearby beaches to enjoy the puffy-sugar-white sand between your toes & admire the crystal-clear waters for a free dose of Vitamin D! If you get tired of building sandcastles, feel free to call the Destin Water Taxi for a pickup from the dock to take you across the harbor to enjoy a plethora of restaurants, shopping, water sports, & entertainment.

Just a few hundred yards down the road from your retreat is an access point to the beach where you can sink your toes in the white sand and work on your tan. Harbor Walk offers a plethora of dining options if you truly don't feel like cooking.
For a fun-filled day, Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park is only two miles away. Mini-Golf is our favorite. Destin Commons, an open-air shopping center and a multiplex, is just minutes away. Outdoor enthusiasts can visit The Destin Harbor Boardwalk (three and a half miles) where they'll find jet ski rentals, parasailing, scuba and snorkeling, and dolphin tours.
Upon arrival, the home is a self-check-in residence with a private keyless entry code allowing you to enjoy your vacation without the stress of losing your keys.

The Large living room windows fill the area with natural sunlight and features stunning views of the Harbor. The sundeck on the upper level allows you to sit back and observe all types of watercrafts, such as kayaks, jet skis, boats and yachts cruising the harbor. The neighborhood is filled with local water lovers, many of them are boat captains, or work amongst the different water sports & they may share some fish stories. The gas or charcoal BBQ grills are located on the deck for your viewing pleasure, making the cooking experience a joy!
There are two Primary Bedrooms, both are spacious with a king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fans, and ensuite bathroom. Additional sleeping, we have a bedroom with 2 twin beds and another downstairs bedroom with a comfy queen bed and flat screen tv with a walk out patio.
If fishing is your game, Destin is known as “The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village” & claims to have the largest fishing vessel fleet in the state. If you're looking for adventure, restaurants & shopping, Destin offers the Harborwalk Village, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, Adventure Park and Mini-Golf, water park and so much more!
We don't leave the kids out, or the kids at heart. The downstairs bedroom also boasts a game station with video games for all!

****Please note**** this home is not a fit for someone with mobility issues. This home has several stairs and steps.
• 18-foot Boat Dock including outdrives and all attachments will need to fit across our dock only, can NOT encroach on neighbor's dock or slip. Larger boats can nose in and use our anchors to stabilize the back of your boat. Or back your boat into the dock and anchor the front. The picture of the boat in the listing is the mooring option for boats over 18 Feet. There are anchors out from the dock for you to tie off to. The ropes are attached to the posts at the doc that attach to the anchors.

• Primary Bedroom 1 - lower level/ driveway entry and access from home. King Bed with Ensuite Bathroom with shower stall. Ceiling fan, separate entry, TV, mini fridge, coffee maker and small washing machine. Free standing Air Conditioner unit.
• 2nd Primary Bedroom - King Bed, jack/jill shared bathroom with twin bedded room #3 . Shower over tub, TV and ceiling fan/light combo, central air conditioning.
• Guest Bedroom 3- 2 twins, ceiling fan, central air conditioning, TV
• Guest Bedroom 4 - Queen Bed, ceiling fan/light combo, mini wall split air conditioner. Full size washer and dryer, walk-out door to downstairs patio backyard
+Full Bathroom on upper level off living area with a shower stall. 3rd bathroom .
Please no smoking on the property. Please NO vaping inside. Due to the proximity of windows and doors of the neighboring properties we have had complaints of smoke. If you must smoke, please go to the dock dispose of the butts in a safe container, please not in the water butts are horrible for the marine life and for children playing in the sand. The front is ok if you go by the mailbox/street and don't throw the butts on the ground. The owner as are many guests, allergic.

• Age Requirements - You MUST be 25 years or older to book this property & must be staying in the home for the duration of the reservation. Maximum occupancy for this home is; 8 adults per fire code.
