If you're in the mood to walk, head three-quarters of a mile east to Pier Park, where you'll find 124 stores, a variety of restaurants, and plentiful sources of entertainment, from a Grand IMAX movie theater to the Panama City Beach Skywheel. Go fishing from the Russell-Fields Pier (three-quarters of a mile east), mingle with marine life at Gulf World (one mile east), or join the local crowds at Dat Cajun Place Café, Runaway Island, Schooners Last Local Beach Bar, and Pineapple Willy’s.
