Summary: We stayed at Wayne's property for 5 weeks while between our home closings. The rental is in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood and the location is very close to anything you'd need in Allen (only 5 min to all of the major shopping!). Upon checking in, we were impressed with the cleanliness of home, comfort of the beds, and items included to make our stay more comfortable. It is also nice to have garage parking and a fenced in backyard for your children or pet. Wayne was extremely responsive to any inquires and even accommodated us to extend our stay even our closing got delayed which was much appreciated. The home is updated inside and very comfortable. We would definitely stay again if the need arises in the future!
