As you arrive at the property, your eyes will be treated by the stunning exterior designs and architecture of the property. Sitting atop a tall hill, the property boasts lovely suburbia views, and a large triple car garage, providing ample parking space for up to three vehicles.
Make your way into the entrance via a pebbled pathway, where you will open the doors into the luxurious entry hallway. Step onto the marble tiles to the hallways end, where you will find interior access to the garage space, along with two separate, queen bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, soft and inviting décor, and ample storage space which is found in the large, built-in wardrobes.
Continue back up the hallway, where you will find the luxurious main bathroom. This space showcases stunning floor to ceiling tiling, a spacious walk-in shower, ample storage space for personal belongings, and a generous sized spa bath where that you can relax into after a long day of travelling. Adjacent this, is the lavish laundry and an additional separate toilet. The laundry is full appointed, including a washing machine, dryer, cupboard space and a basin to cater to all your laundry needs!
At the end of the hallway, you will find the double bedroom. This space invites guests in with its warm tones, comfortable bedding, and built-in wardrobe.
Enter into the open living area, which breathes sophistication and style whilst providing many modern comforts to its guests. The spacious area cleverly combines the lounge, dining, and kitchen spaces, along with seamlessly integrating indoor-outdoor living via the large sliding doors that lead onto the backyard deck. Natural light and warmth saturate the space throughout the day, with stunning sheer curtains affixed above the doors, providing shade to the space in the warmer months.
The lounge area features a large smart TV, comfortable seating and thoughtful books an toys for the kids. The dining space features a grand eight-seater dining suite, perfect for enjoying home cooked meals and entertaining. Flow through to the luxurious fully appointed kitchen where you will be presented with contemporary designs, modern appliances and fixtures, and a large island bench that incorporates additional seating space, housing four stylish bar stools. You will find an adjoining, deluxe butlers pantry connected to this space, featuring additional appliances and access to the deck area.
Cleverley integrated into the kitchen space, is the breathtaking master suite. Open up the kitchen cabinetry , where you will enter into your own, private oasis. The Cataract Gorge is found right at your doorstep. Here you will find a spectacular natural formation where you can enjoy long and short walks, fresh water swimming basins, the world's longest single-span chairlift, a play area, BBQ’s and vibrant peacocks! An additional, unique way to experience this attraction is via the Tamar Cruise vessel, which cruises through the waters that carve between the rocky formations.
The Gorge Restaurant serves lunch and dinner in an intimate dining setting. Choose to dine inside next to the fireplace, or sit amongst the fresh Tasmanian wilderness and wildlife in the alfresco dining area.

West Launceston is walking distance to Launceston’s city centre, although it is quite the hill. Within the city, you will have access to many tasty cafés and restaurants, an array of shops and boutiques and a vast range of cocktail bars and pubs. Eateries and bars to note include the Black Cow Bistro, Geronimo’s Aperitivo Bar and Restaurant, Cataract on Paterson, Cafe Mondelo, Novaros and Cinco Passiones, who serve up arguably the most tasteful cocktails in the city.
There are many local parks including Princes Square, full of historical fountains, and the City Park which is known for its beautiful oak tree gardens, playground for the children, a plant-filled conservatory and cheeky snow monkeys.
