Located 20 mins from Murcia airport or 50 mins from Alicante the resort is spotless clean and safe for you to enjoy a well earned holiday
With several bars and restaurants within a ten minute walk ,the resort is a gated community with security 24 hours a day

The Villa
The villa is furnished to a high standard and offers 3 good size bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King size bed with en-suite, double wardrobe with Air conditioning is available for the hotter months. The second bedroom king size bed with air conditioning ,a double wardrobe included in the room with a dressing table inc chair ,there is a tv in the 2nd bedroom .
The 3rd bedroom is a good size with a double bed with air conditioning available.
The main bathroom white three piece bathroom suite which includes a bath with power shower .
The living room has a very comfortable 3 seater sofa ,swivel chair with footstool, 50inch Smart TV with all sky channels including sports netflix, prime and many other international channels available also free fast WiFi (password provided on arrival) It has an open plan dining area has a extendable table with 6 chairs
The kitchen comes fully equipped with oven /grill,washer with a separate tumble dryer (a retractable clothes line is available outside)

A brand new pool 7m by 3 m is fantastic for keeping cool in the warm Spanish sun ,several pool toys are available to enjoy.There is a shelf in the shallow end to sit on to keep cool and relax .
