First Floor:
Cozy living room with deep sectional, smart TV, and dining for 8. Chef’s kitchen with quartz counters, Samsung smart appliances, breakfast bar, and espresso machine. Sliding doors open to a private backyard deck with seating and automatic string lights (we added an outdoor rug, comfy "egg chair," coffee table, bench, and potting station after the pictures were taken). Also: half-bath off of the kitchen..
Basement:
Fully finished home theater with HD projector, Sony sound bar, console table with storage and books, luxurious velvet modular couch, and two extra desks. Large storage closet with cleaning tools (Shark vacuum, Swiffer WetJet, etc.). The TV pictured in the basement is now on the first floor across from the lounge chairs.
Second Floor:
Spacious and light-filled bedroom with a queen memory foam bed, Smart TV, desk + monitor, built-in closet, hamper, and shelving space. Black-out curtains, plush rug, standing mirror.
Premium office/guest room setup with electric standing desk, Herman Miller chair, dual monitors, queen sleeper sofa by Cushie (with memory foam topper), glass coffee table, and book shelf. Also the same sized closet as the other room on this floor.
