Summary: The condo – wow, simply amazing. It is so beautiful and has breathtaking views. The balcony is massive – one large stretch is a direct Atlantic view then it wraps around with another large stretch for an Intercoastal view. You can watch the sun rise AND set. Everything was working and ready for us to check in on time. Communication with the owner of this property was fantastic. We had zero problems checking in, the procedures we were to follow, checking out, resort amenities, etc. Magnificent condo and owner. The resort itself is beautiful and in a great location directly on the water. They have an onsite spa, gift shop, restaurant, bar, two pools, fitness center, steam and sauna rooms (I think this is only used if you use the spa, but I’m not positive), towel and chair beach service, and valet parking. I had read the reviews about the beach in front of the Hyde not being the best. I didn’t find anything wrong with it whatsoever. The water was clear and the beach was clean. There is also a bar and restaurant that services the beach. All of the staff at the Hyde were very nice (especially at the restaurant/bar and one young man at the valet); we even offered to bring some back to our home state with us 😊 for a vacation. Be mindful that most of the bills (not just here, but in this area in general) already include a 20% tip. You can then decide if you want to add more or leave it at 20%. I know several people didn’t realize that and were leaving another 20% (40% total). The only concern I have is the slowness of the elevator. This condo really only had one elevator, so just give yourself extra time to accommodate for that. I would absolutely come back here and stay and hope I can soon.
