Positive: Location & Front Desk folks were lovely
Negative: There are multiple broken furniture items (doors don't close, handles are missing, missing or broken pieces etc), a rusted stove panel, stove seal is broken, light fixtures that don't work, broken ceiling fans, we found two broken dining room chairs in laundry room, the housekeeping bedroom door is missing a handle, both latches on either side of the sliding glass doors in the living room are completely corroded (creating a very strong draft), multiple receptacles are dangerously loose in the walls when you try and plug something in or unplug something, there's a large broken lamp they must have glued back together in one of the bedrooms (it doesn't work and is very unsightly), it took 3 days to get the air conditioning to a comfortable level after multiple notifications and three techs visiting, the closet doors in the master bedroom don't work, the ironing board in the laundry room will not fold and the cover is rusted and ripped, the front panel of the old washer and dryer that is in here is rusted and falling off... you get the idea... Definitely not worth the money we paid.
