Approx. 2100+ sq.ft. of living space, professionally decorated and awesome! Located just 2 miles from the Atlantic Ocean! All new for 2018 is a beautiful Clubhouse with infinity pool overlooking the bay, kaiak & boat area, crabbing pier, bay beach, grille area, tiki bar & restaurant! Many other restaurants & activities close by. Large master bedroom located on the main level with a walk-in closet and a separate glass shower with pebble floor, soaking tub with a flat screen TV. Queen bedroom located upstairs with a walk in closet and balcony over looking a beautiful fountain. There is also a 2nd bedroom with 2 full beds, walk in closet and a loft area with a queen sleeper sofa & a seating area with flat screen TV for the kids to enjoy their favorite shows over looking the family room downstairs. Top of the line & upscale furnishings and finishes with hand painted beachy murals throughout including hardwood floors on the first floor, granite counters, all upgraded kitchen cabinetry with soft close doors and drawers, 5 Sony flat screen TV's with Amazon Fire sticks (4k TV in Main Family Room). Fast as lighting internet service with the best router and modem money can buy, Ceiling fans in each bedroom and so much more! This may be your finest rental ever or at least we hope it is!
