Our beautiful beach house is on a prime low-bank beach front and offers the ultimate year round sunshine coast experience in the heart of charming Roberts Creek. The beach house faces south with views to the east and west for maximum sun....the beach is 4 steps down from the lawn and is sandy at low tide. Enjoy the morning sun with a steamy cup of coffee and magnificent sunsets from the adarondak chairs. Perfect for bird watchers or the outdoor enthusiast. The abundant wild life provides ever-changing entertainment from soaring Eagles and Herons to seals and otters and if you are lucky a pod of orcas! The home is very well maintained and solidly build with beautiful hardwood floors, post and beam construction and vaulted ceiling. An open concept top floor living space that affords lots of natural light and ever-present vista across the expansive Georgia Strait. A high efficiency wood burning stove provides a cozy warmth to the entire living space for those chilly winter evenings; of course the furnace can also be turned on too! The spacious kitchen is well-equipped with all appliances including a gas stove, with peninsula seating and all the essential amenities to make your stay your way. The dining area features an oak table and views to the east, south and west. A partially covered deck off the top floor has plenty of seating in or out of the sun. There is a gas BBQ available on the lower deck. There are 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms plus a warm outdoor shower for those glorious beach days. All bedrooms are on the lower floor with two them enjoying direct private access to the beautifully landscaped yard and full, open views across the Georgia Strait and direct access to the beach. The beach is a mix of rock and sand at high tide and a sandy area for beach play at low tide. A gentle slope makes it perfect for swimming, paddle boarding or kayaking. A beach fire is the perfect way to end the day infront of your beautiful vacation home. Roberts Creek, a short walk by road or beach, features a general store, natural food store, gift ware, library, and the ever popular gumboot cafe where you can enjoy a coffee, tea or cold beer. The Gumboot restaurant is a Coast favourite and is typically a lively place to enjoy dinner or lunch with the locals. Bring the family and enjoy easy access to the Roberts Creek community and all it's amenities and services. Situated on the Salish Sea, this beach house offers outdoor enthusiasts ample opportunity for kayaking, paddle boarding, kite boarding, wind surfing, world class mountain biking, hiking or just relaxing on the beach, lawn or deck in the sun!! Golf enthusiasts can enjoy one of several golf courses with the Sunshine Coast Golf and Country Club only a few kms away. Ideally located, 'Sea La Vie' is only 10 minutes from the Langdale Ferry Terminal, 5 minutes to Gibsons and 15 minutes from Sechelt and a 40 minute ferry from West Vancouver.
