The second floor features a dining room, kitchen, half bath, bunk bedroom (4 twin beds) and balcony with seating and outdoor grill. The third floor features two master bedrooms (one queen bed, one king bed) with en suite full bathrooms and spacious closets. One of the master bedrooms also has a covered balcony with outdoor seating.
