Enter a stunning modern villa in central Hollywood near The Dolby Theatre of the Academy Awards, ordained w/luxury, style, and imagination. This pristine property managed by our VIP hostess, has all the original taste and touches of a sophisticated owner, including oversized luxury furnishings, original art and designer dishware. Padded comfort pillows in the master jacuzzi tub, outdoor living area w/pool & hot tub, plus guesthouse. Gated home w/driveway for 4 cars tandem.
The space
This is a very special home of the original actor who is traveling abroad. This property is managed very carefully w/both a VIP hostess and a security guard. We keep this house in pristine condition and are looking for responsible, respectful guests.
We have a two-story home w/1 bedroom downstairs and 3 upstairs. And then a separate full guesthouse w/kitchenette, full bath, and queen bed. The outdoor area has a pool and jacuzzi, a covered deck/patio w/outdoor furnishings, and more outdoor furnishings around the pool area. The whole area is surrounded by a tall fence and palm trees, to create a private oasis.
All bedrooms have luxurious thick velvet curtains from the top of the high 12-foot ceilings to the ground, for black-out lighting when needed.
Living room is ordained w/oversized furniture pieces and a very spacious room w/high ceilings, that separates from living room, to dining room, to second living area.
Dining room seats 6 w/an extender for 9 people and extra chairs, and we have several full leather cushioned seats at the kitchen bar.
Full kitchen stocked w/stainless steel appliances, a 5-burner grill, built in oven and microwave, and designer and glassware. There is a desk w/chair near the kitchen for private workspace.
Upstairs master is a huge room w/large separate bath area which includes a jacuzzi with white colored cushions for the head body to rest. There is an extended vanity with make-up counter as well as large separate shower area. Master has a huge balcony spanning across the top of the pool area w/a day bed. Huge walk-in closet her in the master as well.
At the top of the stairwell to the master, are an assortment of Hollywood books shown on the wall, for your pleasure.
To the right of the upstairs are 2 more bedrooms, one with stylish Bahamas green print on the walls and bath.
We have a digital keypad to enter the gate outside. You will be communicating with the security as well as a VIP host who will tour you the home once you've settled in.
