Expansive lawn, shade trees, 4 acres, sand beach, privacy, BBQ, charming attached hexagonal gazebo, umbrella covered 9' picnic table, hammock, private stream fed cove, private swimming cove with sand bottom 80 x 40 x 5, boating, water sports, horse shoes, Peloton, Life Fitness treadmill, Stairmaster, free weights and bench, ping pong, pool table, air hockey, walking hiking, shopping and fun. Plenty of outdoor seating, lounging, an outdoor fireplace. Evening dinner table out on the Point in middle of huge lake, beneath the stars, a fire for marshmallows or just story telling. All a sense of place and tranquility among nature. Near constant breeze so very few mosquitos, if any.
