Nestled on a beautiful spot of Lake of Bays, My Family Point is just 10 minutes outside of the quaint town of Baysville. This town features the famous Lake of Bays Brewery, an LCBO, "Yummies in a Jar" giftshop, the 'Cast Iron' Restaurant and the eye-catching shop "Rafters of Muskoka". On Fridays be sure to visit the local Farmer's Market located in front of "Season 2 Season". Situated less than 30 minutes from the larger towns of Dorset, Bracebridge And Huntsville.
For golf enthusiasts, Bigwin Island Golf Club awaits your best round! Designed by Golf Course Architect, Doug Carrick, Bigwin is consistently ranked in the Top 20 in Canada.
PROPERTY
MY FAMILY POINT - Arrive via a round-a-bout driveway that brings you to the front entrance. Around the left side of the cottage is the newly constructed fire pit, surrounded by picturesque Muskoka chairs. The backyard is home to a fantastic volleyball court that can also be used for badminton!
Off the cottage, the upper deck features an excellent outdoor lounging area. Equipped with a BBQ, outdoor dining table for 8 and additional seating, it provides some of the best vantage points on the property!
As you make your way down to the waterfront, the right dock features a kayak rack with 4 kayaks - ready for an afternoon adventure. A pathway winds along the 500 ft of shoreline to the second dock which is better suited for docking boats! As the sun begins to set, make your way to the fire pit where you can roast s'mores and share campfire stories as the stars begin to illuminate the sky!

Off the dining room, this screened in room features lovely outdoor furniture beneath a ceiling fan and a walkout to the back deck .

Features an L-shaped sofa surrounding a gas fireplace and TV (with Blu-Ray DVD player). Walkout to the lovely back yard here. A desk and 1 Peloton bike are also featured in this room.
