Make Casa de Sandridge your home away from home in Roatan! This custom built, luxury home is stunning inside and out with Caribbean views from every room. Casa de Sandridge is located on the only beach side street in Lawson Rock. Guests can enjoy snorkeling right out from the shore where the barrier reef is located! Lawson Rock is Roatan's most exclusive neighborhood situated in the most ideal location with close proximity to the airport, a great grocery store, as well as West End and West Bay and includes amenities such as a deli/market, security, as well as a gym.
There are ample activities available within close proximity to the house including fishing, diving, snorkeling, swimming with the dolphins, zip lining, botanical gardens and more! We are happy to help you arrange the perfect itinerary for your stay! Lawson Rock offers a community dock that you can enjoy and snorkel off of as well.
Every room in the house is air conditioned with a separate fan. Each bedroom as well as all of the living areas are beautifully decorated with amazing views!
The first floor has a queen bedroom as well as a large bunk bed room perfect for friends or the kids. The bunk beds include a twin on each top as well as a double on each bottom. The room also includes a tv, desk, and several games for you to enjoy. The first floor bathroom includes a shower/tub and double sink vanity. The laundry room is also located on the first floor. On the second level you will find the great room with very well-equipped kitchen, living area, as well as a large screened in porch with a bar overlooking the Caribbean Sea, seating area and BBQ grill. The third bedroom is located on the second level and includes a queen bed. The third level is very unique with the pool being located here as well as the master bedroom!! There is a dining area next to the pool as well as a sitting area coffee bar, mini refrigerator, and ice maker to provide easy access to snacks and beverages while you are enjoying the pool. There is also an open patio on this level with lounge chairs where you can get some sun!
Your stay will include housekeeping service for arrival and departure and mid-stay service is available for an additional fee. The home is very energy efficient and was designed for maximum natural air flow so there are many windows and sliding doors so that you can get those wonderful tropical breezes. All lights are LED and every room has its own efficient fan and air conditioner so that you can control your electricity costs. The stove, oven and dryer all operate on propane so won't use electricity to operate. Nightly rate is based on 4 guests!

Summary: We had a wonderful week at the Sandridge house. Make sure you have step by step directions to the house so that you don't end up looking for it for an hour and a half. Once we got settled in, it was hard to leave, except to go next door to tiny Blue Island Divers for scuba diving. Don't be worried that guests have to pay for the electricity during their stay. Our added charge was only $104, and we had to use the AC in the 2 bedrooms that we stayed in. The house is built for breezes, and with everything opened up, its like being on the beach. We spent most of our downtime reading on the big screened porch. It really is just a 3 minute walk to the shore, but its not the best place to snorkel. I left the contact information for a great couple who will take you to interesting sites for snorkeling. The neighborhood was very friendly with some great architecture and beautiful landscaping. You can walk a good ways on the beach and see lots of interesting things. We appreciated the artistic talents of the owner, & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
