This three bedroom villa is on the end of a cul de sac on a secluded hillside estate above the traditional Levant village of Alcalali in the Jalon valley. The house looks south and west over the valley with its almond and orange groves and vineyards. There is an extensive private terrace with BBQ, table, benches, and parasol.
The beamed living room is open plan with dining and sitting areas, central heating, a wood-burner and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds, two with en suite bathrooms, and a shower room adjacent to the third bedroom. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.
The house is fully furnished in a Castilian style and has WiFi Internet and SKY TV. There is a veranda overlooking the private swimming pool and giving stunning views of the Jalon valley.
