Amazing 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit in the boutique condo - in the heart of Playa del Carmen and a short walk to the beach! Enjoy your own huge private rooftop patio with plunge pool, bar, BBQ, loungers, plants and views! 2000 square feet inside and 1200 square feet outside... this stylish, spacious and super clean space can be yours to enjoy.
Steps to famous 5th avenue, and just a few blocks from the beach. Grocery stores, restaurants, banks, world-class shopping, tours, bus station, car rental and pharmacies all around just mere steps away. Car not needed, but we have a private underground parking space if you like.
Master bedroom has a king bed, luxurious en suite bathroom with rain shower head, loads of storage, TV, private balcony. Second bedroom has two double beds, access to balcony, loads of storage and a full luxurious bathroom with rain shower across the hall. Third bedroom is on the lovely rooftop... totally private, with a Queen sized bed, couch (pull out if needed), stunning views, air conditioning and access to rooftop bathroom.
Relax in the open, airy and stylish Living room/dining room designed with a Caribbean flair and comfortable furniture. Living room with pull out couch, TV, and loads of storage has access to yet another large balcony with tropical plants.

Our condo has 24 hour security, an amazing 65 foot common pool with gorgeous tropical plants, pallapa and bathroom/change rooms. A fully equipped gym is perfect for a morning workout before you start your day. A fantastic building, perfectly situated in the heart of town, steps to everything, but tucked in a quiet corner for a good nights sleep!
