LIVING AND EATING
The flat has been luxury and modern interior design to an extremely high standard. Personal touches and English charm set amongst a neutral palette design make for a light, welcoming living room. This room has an opened planed kitchen with full equipment and a dining table which can be seat for 6-8 people comfortably. It’s a perfect place for sociable cooking and dining . You will also find microwave, plates and cups, perfect for quick meals during busy days exploring the city that is just outside your doorstep.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This househas 2 floors with 3 en-suit bedrooms. The master suite with king bed and open plan sink and bath offering ultimate relaxation, and romantic atmosphere. There is a separate toilet and sink to ensure privacy.
The second bedroom consist a standard double bed. There is a inviting stair case/ ladder leading to a toilet, sink and bath, with a roof light so that so that you can soak under the stars.
The third bedroom is on ground floor with its own bathroom with shower, consist a
single bed or a single air mattress bed for you option . Please let us know which bed you prefer. If no notice we will set up the single bed for you.
Please note this may not be suitable for guest with mobility issues.
To make sure you will have a comfortable stay in my apartment, we will hire hotel quality clean company to do the clean service once before you check in. Quality linen, toiletries & professional cleaning services will be provided.

Summary: Clearly the location of this property commands a high price. However, I expect to get what I am paying for in terms of the property’s amenities. First of all, it’s not luxury as repeatedly stated in the description. The kitchen is MUCH smaller than the photos Make it look—nice try—and the table can barely seat 4 people much less 6-8. The cabinets and appliances are nice. The tub and sink in the one bedroom are just silly—the carpet and walls around them are trashed from splashing water—why not at the least tile the space?! The ground floor room is a joke. The bathroom was incredibly tiny and the tile was falling off the base of the shower and the bedroom was very tight fit for my 6’ 1” son. The bedroom with the ladder to the bathroom “under the stars”? How is this even up to code? Incredibly dangerous and when I went up there to use just the toilet I hit my head. Didn’t go back up there again and no way my other equally as tall son who was staying in that room could even stand up up there. No wonder there are no photos of this on the posting. Instead he had to go down the steep stairs that have no railing to the first floor flats bathroom to shower. And let’s be clear that is meant to be a separate flat on the first floor so to bill this as a “ 2-story house” is a stretch. The outside of the building is not inviting AT ALL but we were hoping it was Just a case of don’t judge a book by its cover, but unfortunately the inside was as much a disappointment as the outside. I Would love to provide more accurate photos to show what I’m talking about.
