This is a completely renovated condo and new to the rental market with top of the line quartz countertops, soft close cabinets and kitchen appliances. There is also a farmhouse sink and a Keurig plus a regular drip coffee maker to satisfy all coffee lovers. It is conveniently located In Laketown Wharf Resort In The Heart Of All The Fun & Excitement In PCB and just steps away from beautiful white-sand beaches & shopping. The condo sleeps 8 including a super comfy sleeper sofa.
The Master King bedroom boasts of views of the Gulf of Mexico, En suite bath with stand alone tub and a HUGE walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and there is a bunk room with twin over twin, separated from the hall with a beautiful sliding barn door for privacy and shared full bath. There is wifi for those that want to stream a movie after a long day at the beach or for those that need to get a little work done.
The balcony needs no introduction with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and seating to soak it all in or dining table to enjoy a meal. For guest convenience, the elevators are nearby this unit and there are 2 parking spots. Parking fee of $90+tax per reservation (not included in total) to be paid to Laketown Wharf at the time of arrival. This fee also covers arm bands for amenities.

Summary: The condo was beautiful. Great location. Our family of 7 had plenty of space. The condo provided everything we needed; with the exception of Blankets. We did not travel with enough extra blankets, but Walmart is just a quick walk away. Also a quick walk away is a cute little ice-cream shop, Sweet Cone Alabama; that everyone is sure to enjoy! Yum! Everything was perfect. We would definitely return.
