The home has central air conditioning and hardwood floors throughout. Enter to the first floor with a comfortably furnished living/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen has high-end stainless appliances and a granite counter top with breakfast bar seating. The living area is very comfortably furnished and the dining area has table seating for 6. Multiple sliders open to a lovely first floor deck with outdoor furniture. There is also a full bath with custom tile shower on this level.
The second floor has two light, bright bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with a queen bed and a bunk bed (2 twins). Both these rooms have large slider doors that open to a second floor deck. This level also has a full bath with a deep soaking tub/shower and a walk-in laundry area with washer and dryer.
The second floor deck has a staircase to an awesome roof deck--a perfect spot for sitting back and relaxing! There is a nice, enclosed outdoor shower on the backside of the house. Follow a path from the back side of the house to Samoset Road and the beach is just down the road.
Enjoy all that Wellfleet has to offer - a lovely downtown/harbor area with shops, restaurants, art galleries, live entertainment and more. There is great live theater, the iconic Wellfleet Drive-In, the Cape Cod National Seashore, Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary and the Cape Cod Rail Trail (bike and walking path) - and that is just a start to what the town and area offer!
