1685 square foot condo on the 7th floor with spectacular ocean views! Bay View Grand Residencial sits right on the Pacific ocean, directly on the beach. We recently remodeled with new furniture and decor. Our condo is on the 7th floor, north side with expansive views & sunsets. As of June 2016 we totally remodeled our kitchen, with new cabinets new granite and all new appliances. We have extremely comfortable furniture And bedding. 3 smart TVs and Netflix to enjoy a movie. Our own Internet & wifi, patio furniture to enjoy the amazing sunsets from the balcony. Yes this is Paradise.
