Summary: The condo itself was in excellent shape. The penthouse deck had awesome views, but it needs work. All the cushions were torn, and we kept getting gray smudges on our clothes (we assumed from the dye in the gray cushions because they were older?). The drain stop in the tub was broken, so we bought a rubber sink stopper to go on over the drain to get it to hold water. The wood decking was "soft" in spots, so we were careful where we stepped on them. There was work going on in the 2nd main pool, so itwas unaccessable. While it wasn't a huge deal for us, it did mean workers coming and going all day while they worked on the pool, and there were times the noise level was pretty high (jackhammers at times). Our one big wish is that we could have had a drink while sitting in the pool. We understand not allowing glass containers, but nothing at all seemed unnessesary. We love to have our floaties in the pool, drink in hand, relaxing. Getting in and out to have a sip was not our favorite way to relax. Overall, a good price for the condo, but needs some TLC on the upper deck.
