This beautiful ground floor villa is located in one of North Berwick's finest addresses. With exceptional sea views and renovated to the highest standard, the property has two large bedrooms (the master bedroom is ensuite), a warm and inviting sitting room with uninterrupted sea views and a stunning modern kitchen diner with bi-fold doors opening on to the enclosed south facing rear garden.
Please note families with children aged 7 or older are welcome to stay at this property.
Lower Deck benefits from private parking for one car. If you are bringing more than one car please note that public parking in North Berwick can be complex as the rules vary according to season and year to year. We recommend following the signs upon arrival in North Berwick and also advise considering your options for this prior to check-in as it is unfortunately something we are not able to assist with on the day
