Welcome to our 5* Stunning 2 Story "legally zoned" Penthouse with 1335 square feet of living space inside and a SWEET south facing balcony with bbq and patio furniture to enjoy the stunning beautiful mountain views of the famous 3 Sisters Mountains. We will continue to make sure cleanliness is our top priority and we have always had thoughtful professional cleaners. All the recommended cleaning protocols were already being practiced during our cleaning process. We have added some new disinfecting guidelines. Additional reminders and attention to detail will be of utmost importance to continue to keep everyone safe and healthy.
What sets this property out from the rest is it is spacious enough so that everyone can enjoy their own space yet at the same time intimate enough for everyone to get together. Having a rare two story loft style really achieves the best of both worlds especially if you are travelling as two families or with in-laws it is ideal and how we had envisioned it for our guests. If you are looking for an amazing place you would be hard pressed to find any penthouse better than the new penthouses at the Summit.
This 2 Story Penthouse boasts a spacious upstairs master bedroom with a King sized bed and large flat screen TV. A large ensuite with dual sinks, dual shower heads, and a large soaker tub to relax in at the end of a fun filled day of outdoor activities and adventures.
The master suite has a large closet and an alcove area with twin bunk beds, perfect for families with kids, or an area to lay down and relax while enjoying the amazing views of the mountains.
The main level offers an open concept living room with fireplace, TV, queen sleeper sofa chairs and sitting cubes, dining area, and gourmet kitchen as well as a second bedroom with closet, bathroom, office/desk area and storage closet. The spacious main floor bedroom has a split king bed, closet, lamps, night stands and once again the spectacular mountain views. The living room is equipped with a queen size sleeper sofa, large flat screen TV, a desk/office area and a fireplace to complete the picture.
The main floor bathroom features a gorgeous tiled shower with a large rain shower head and hand held shower head. Sink and toilet.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a breakfast bar with 3 stools, and a dining area which seats up to 7.
The living room has vaulted ceilings, sofa, chairs, sitting cubes, gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, PlayStation 4 and once again, that spectacular mountain view.
The suite comes with two secured parking spaces located next to the elevator in the heated underground parkade (nice bonus especially in the winter).
We offer guests free WiFi, in-suite laundry as well as full access to all the awesome on-site amenities at the resort which you can enjoy.
These amenities include a heated indoor swimming pool, indoor/outdoor hot tub, water slide, kids frog slide and splash waterfall, and fitness centre.
On site dining-Grande Kitchen and Bar Restaurant.
*FREE access to Banff National Park as guests may borrow our family park pass which we will leave in the penthouse on the desk.
This is a 2 floor loft style penthouse so it does have stairs and is not wheelchair accessible.
We as hosts, Jeff and Sheila, are available by email or cell phone during your stay. Prior to your arrival, all information that you will need will be provided to you including our contact information. We aim to exceed your holiday expectations.

This condo is very central and easily within walking distance to downtown Canmore. Guests can enjoy some of the best dining opportunities in the Rockies as well as an eclectic selection of shopping along Canmore's quaint Main Street.
Canmore is conveniently located minutes away by vehicle from the world renowned Banff National Park. The condo is close to all major roads so you can get access to any daily planned adventures quickly. If you're an outdoor enthusiast not only is Banff close by, but Kananaskis and the Spray Lakes Valley are easily accessible. World class hiking, golfing, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, backcountry skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, horseback riding, rafting, canoeing and a host of almost any activity imaginable are available in the Rockies.
There are approximately 70 km of maintained biking trails located inside the town boundaries itself. More popular hikes in Canmore is Grassi Lakes and Ha Ling Peak which ranges from easy to more difficult hikes.
In the summer months, Quarry Lake is a 3.8 km drive from the condo which is the most popular family swimming hole with the best beach in the Bow Valley. Children will have a ton of fun splashing in the water and playing in the sand.
In the winter months for downhill and cross-country skiing enthusiasts Canmore is the popular hub for Sunshine (25 miles/25 minutes), Lake Louise (50 miles/50 min), Nakiska (34 miles/30 min.) and Mt. Norquay (18.5miles/20min) Ski Resorts. The Canmore Nordic centre, which hosted the 1988 Winter Olympics, is just minutes away as well.
Summer months other destinations. Town of Banff (25km), Johnston Canyon (48km), Lake Louise (80km), Moraine Lake (94km), Peyto Lake (123km), Icefields Parkway (192km).
Go out enjoy the day and the beautiful mountain air then come back and unwind at the beautiful penthouse. Then at the end of the day let the kids go and play at the pool, slip down the waterslide, as you go for a dip in the indoor/outdoor hot tub.
