Summary: From our first contact with the owners we felt very comfortable. They answered with much patience all our questions, and sent us ample information on the apartment, the location and its surroundings. We were welcomed by Mrs. Fausch, who had cleaned the apartment to a spotless state, and gave us all the practical information we needed concerning the garage, garbage/recycling, use of kitchen appliances etc. The apartment is very modern, fully equipped with external sunscreens, door opener with monitor, dimmable lighting, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, freezer... everything you possibly could wish or need. Moreover all kinds of maintenance products and stuff like sugar, salt, pepper etc. were available. There are about 15 restaurants within walking distance (max. 10'); supermarket, bakery and butchery at 5' on foot. The apartment is situated on the first floor at the backside of the building, so that you don't hear any street noise (and all windows are very well isolated). Summarized: this apartment is just... perfect. Therefore I rated it without any hesitation 5 stars.
