Positive: Clean. All appliances there, bed comfortable. Check in time late but checkout time good. No beach just gravel and grass, view from the front apt excellent but not the back. Horrible area to turn to get off main road. AC was not on and had to get assistance from a neighbor to figure it out. Looking out on the water is good, just don’t turn around. Has great potential
