Welcome to University Studio, the perfect place to stay for short and longer term Located in a quiet area but located in the heart of Sarasota University Parkway. It is close to all kinds of great restaurants, shopping and other different businesses. Lido Beach and Siesta Key Beach was voted the #1 beach in the USA year after year and is about 15 minutes from here. You travel 10 minutes from the International Airport SRQ to this cozy place 5 minutes to the UTC Mall and local shops. The Nathan Benderson Park offers a lot of sports activities and is 5 minutes away. This studio has everything you need, private entrance and patio and free parking space in the driveway,
Our kitchenette includes goods like coffee maker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishes, glasses, mugs and much more! The bedroom has a TV with high-speed wireless internet, Central air conditioning, a double bed, and a full-size wardrobe with a place to hang clothes on the supplied hangers.
The studio also has a place with a table and two chairs, you have space and a desk to work on. The studio has a bathroom with shower and bath and a hairdryer and fresh new towels. Supplied are also shampoo, conditioner, shower soap and water bottles in the fridge, along with the supplied coffee, tea bags and sugar.
