À proximité des plages du Prado et de la Marina Olympique, à moins de 5 min en bus du Stade Orange Vélodrome. Cuisine équipée, canapé-lit, rangement, salle de bain avec douche et WC intégré, bureau pour télétravail. Stationnement inclus dans le parking souterrain de la résidence.
