Simple ground floor studio in the center of Bologna.
The entrance opens onto the living area with a large window, furnished with a sofa, a breakfast bar with stools and an open-plan kitchen also fitted with all the cooking utensils. A ladder leads to the mezzanine which houses a comfortable queen size bed and an additional sofa. A full bathroom with shower completes the apartment. At guests' disposal there is air conditioning and a heat pump.
The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.
