In winter, the peaceful setting feels especially still - open the blinds to watch the sky change colors, then close them for a cozy evening indoors with a movie or a home-cooked meal.
The space is designed for 2 guests and features 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and 1 bath. We provide two dedicated parking spaces clearly marked with your unit letter. 🅿️ If you have an additional vehicle, there is one unassigned "first-come, first-served" spot located at the far left of the parking area. 📍

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉
This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.
🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.
🤫 Noise:
Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.
🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.
🚭 Smoking:
No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

🔥 Grill Use:
If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!
If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!

📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
📹 Security cameras are in place to provide full visibility of the entire parking lot and surrounding outdoor areas, located at the front door of Apartment B / Vintage Travel Apartment.
