Positive: The place is in a quiet and, i believe, safe neighborhood. The flat overlooks the inner courtyard, so you never hear the cars driving. The instructions to self check-in are really clear, so a big thank you to the owner. The apartment is light. Has plenty of storage space. Does not provide the toiletry, but that isn't an issue with me, i carry my own. Doesn't have an air conditioner, but the weather was nice at the end of May, so I never needed it. It does have heating units so winter travelers can stay warm.
Negative: I think it is the problem with the ventilation, but there's sometimes a smell in the bathroom. Once i leave the door open the smell often gets into the studio. Nothing that an open window cannot fix, but i think it would be a problem in the cold times of the year. Also the water is leaking from the shower tubing and the drain is clogged. Again, can be fixed easily.
