This studio/efficiency condo is a break from reality from the moment you walk in the door.
The kitchenette offers a small fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, blender, dishes/utensils, plus a dining area for two. The bedroom features a king bed with our sumptuous soft signature linens. There is even a private balcony which allows for breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico - perfect for a morning coffee or sunset cocktail.
Boardwalk Beach Resort is absolutely ideally situated within 5 minutes walking distance to many local attractions, restaurants, and golf courses, yet nestled on a quiet stretch of Panama City Beach away from the crowds. Set on 1700 ft of pristine beach front on the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, a condo rental at Boardwalk Beach Resort is the perfect Florida vacation destination!

This rental comes with one parking pass that has been paid for as part of your reservation. You will find it waiting for you in the condo. Additional parking passes are $50.00 and can be purchased from the guard gate if required. Parking is on a non-assigned basis in the secure resort parking lot.
Age requirements for the resort are that at least one renter must be 25 years of age. Security will be checking identification at the front gate. If you do not meet this requirement please do not book. Any renters who are turned away by security at check-in time will not be reimbursed. You must have a member of your group at least 25 years old staying for the duration of the vacation otherwise you will be evicted without a refund*
Registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages. This agreement is sent via email.
