The Space:
Studio 9 is situated in an alleyway with a free designated parking space and a private courtyard. The studio, with a couch, queen bed, small dining set, and kitchenette also has a lush bathroom. The kitchenette, with a Keurig, kettle, microwave, and fridge makes staying in an option.
The studio shares a wall with the front house, but is completely walled off and separate.
Guest Access:
The key pad access makes coming and going easy. The entrance is from the alley way and has a designated parking place. The entrance to Studio 9 is through a gate with a courtyard and double doors. Very private, like a sweet oasis close to the heartbeat of Austin.
The Neighborhood:
The East Side of Austin, known for its creative vibe, has become a culinary dream. Coffee shops abound, art studios are plenty, and breweries are popping up all over. Jump in line at OMG Squee, from Queer Eye right down the road! Really, Austin is amazing with so much to see, but you could stick just to the East Side and still have the time of your life.
Getting Around:
There is so much that is walkable. Webberville St is a local niche with breakfast, coffee, grungy bar, pub, and Kitty Cohens. A few blocks further and you have East Sixth Street with Lazerus, Whistlers, and Cuvee Coffee = to name a few! Downtown and Rainey St. is within a mile.
