Positive: The flat was very good, well-maintained with the all required amenities. Pleasant stay.
Negative: WORST Experience with PARKING: If you are travelling with your own vehicle, DON'T opt for this property. There is no dedicated or reserved parking for your vehicles here. They say street parking is available but all the locals park on street and you don't get any parking at all. I searched myself and parked in a lane but someone damaged my car's tyre valve, I had to get it replaced and pay extra 500 Rs. They also say street parking is available on first come first serve basis, but it's not. Later I got some free space for parking where I parked my vehicle but someone called the property owner and asked to remove the vehicle. You don't get any co-operation to find a safe parking from the property owner, they just neglect it and are adamant to help for parking. At last I searched nearby lanes and talked to a security guy from a complex, paid him some money and parked my vehicle. DON'T GO WITH YOUR OWN VEHICLE HERE.
Summary: Stay was very good. Bad experience with parking.
